Jazmin Lead a wonderful activity Jegos Mexicana. This activity was for all the guest where we played fun carnival games an could win terrific prizes. Very well done by her and the staff!

Amazing stay. The staff in general are very attentive. I had an issue with the curtain sliding and they fixed it promptly. During your stay be sure to ask about the special dinners that require reservation as they are tasty as well. Lizette and Andres were awesome on the bike tours. Andres also was a fun events coordinator who ensured we had a blast with the several activities I did including archery, zumba, and water aerobics.

I would definitely come back here again. The staff are attentive in the cleaning. The rooms need a little of freshening up and repairs. Food was good. We were happy. Getting a seat by the pool was difficult. Many saved their seat and didn’t use most of the day. Would love a hard copy of schedule each day as the screen was hard to read and there were many aspects that we had to learn from other visitors that we didn’t learn from staff. All this being said….i would come again because it was still a great place to stay. My comments being addressed would make this a 5/5 instead of a 4/5.

Came early September to check out the location for our upcoming wedding. Hotel is spacious and easy to get around. During low season we where told that they have limited a la carte restaurants open, as well as other areas of the hotel. The lobby Bar never saw open, Bar Seneca opened once w/ no live music. Italian restaurant was the only one open the entire stay, which was ok, service was great though. The buffets are great, lots of options. Limited seating at the pool and most people "reserve" their lounge chairs early by throwing towels or personal items on them. You can not order food or snacks at the pool, only tap beer (Modelo) & cocktails. No can beers at the pool. The premium rooms had corona's in the fridge, which would be nice to have offered at the adult pool bar as well. We come back for our wedding in a couple weeks and we are hoping the experience is great. So far we have had hit or miss communication with the hotel wedding team. This is a busy time for them to host weddings per the hotel. (OCT & NOV)

Our stay at the hotel was awesome. Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are happy to assist you with anything you may need. It is a very clean and beautiful place to stay. There are many amenities and activities that you can participate in. The pools are also very clean and poolside bar, The Cascade, was one our favorite spots. Bartenders are on point, friendly and always checking on us. We took the bicycle tour to the marine, with lizzette. The ride was smooth and very enjoyable, she explained everything about the ride and we feel very confident and safe. The only thing is that we wished they had some smaller bikes for short people but other than that, everything was incredible.

The bike ride this morning was the perfect way to start your day! It was a nice workout! Liz was fun and very informative of the area!

Great location, good food, issues with hot water in room, clean, good customer service and amenities. Nice ocean views from balconies. Ocean is rough with strong waves and currents. Must visit Ixtapa-Island when in ixtapa for a day trip for beautiful beaches, ocean swimming and good snorkeling. Great Mexican Fiesta Show, but other shows are not family appropriate. Fun Pottery painting and Bicycle city tours activities.

Such a positive experience. I am especially appreciative of the excellent vibes and energy on behalf of the entertainment staff! Jazmin’s Zumba class cleansed my spirit!
